BH AUCTION HOUSE (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Owner: Shinji Takei) renamed the TOKYO | March auction, which had been postponed due to the COVID19 situation, to TOKYO | June. It has been decided to take place on the 5th-6th of June.
All lots previously scheduled to be exhibited in "TOKYO | March" will be exhibited in "TOKYO | June,” and new lots will be added respectively.
Corresponding with the postponement of this event, if there is a request to purchase an exhibition lot before the auction is held, a pre-negotiation service will be newly implemented starting from Wednesday, April 1st, which will allow potential buyers to engage in negotiations prior to the auction.
The "Pre-negotiation Service" will be implemented based on our existing auction terms and conditions. For the time being, BH Auction will reduce both the consignor and the successful bidder’s respected fees from 10% to 7%. We are able to offer our potential consignors and buyers this exclusive offer due the fact that we will be able to significantly reduce our overall costs such as auction venue costs and transportation costs etc.
Until the overall global situation of COVID19 stabilizes, BH Auction will continue to provide Pre-negotiation Services even if the auction has to be postponed yet again.
TOKYO | June
