The history of the GSX-R750, which have lasted for over 30 years, began in 1985. This renowned racer won the TT-F1 class of the All Japan Road Race Championship for three consecutive years from 1985 to 1988 as well as the World Endurance Championship, the TT-F1 World Championship and the AMA Superbike Series in 1987 by using the overwhelming lightness of the combination of the aluminum double cradle frame and the oil-cooled engine as a weapon.
The model change was implemented by resizing the front and rear wheels to 17 inches and upgrading the engine and the frame in 1988. This example is one of the 1988 model works racers, and is equipped with the works body and the non-works TT-F1 spec engine, at present. Although no documents accompany, the body number is 10R-003 as confirmed.
