The Nissan GT-R50 by Italdesign is a special model produced in a limited run of 50 units worldwide, based on a concept car unveiled in 2018 to commemorate the 50th anniversaries of both the GTR and Italdesign.
Development, engineering, and manufacturing were handled by Italdesign, while the exterior and interior design were created by Nissan Design Europe and Nissan Design America.

The front end is striking with a blue inner panel stretching across the width of the car and a hood featuring a prominent power bulge. Sharp LED headlights balance aerodynamics with sculptural beauty. The roofline is lowered by 54mm compared to the base model, with a unique central dip that accentuates the GT-R’s signature muscular stance. At the rear, the car features an active rear wing and floating circular taillights, giving it a futuristic appearance.

The interior is based on the GT-R NISMO but upgraded with generous use of carbon fiber, Alcantara, and Italian leather. Blue accents harmonize with the exterior, creating a unified and exclusive atmosphere. The steering wheel is made of carbon fiber, combining tactile quality with functionality.

At its heart is a 3.8-liter V6 twin-turbo VR38DETT engine, specially tuned by NISMO. Equipped with GT3-spec turbochargers and a large intercooler, it delivers a maximum output of 720 ps. A reinforced dual-clutch transmission, custom Bilstein dampers, and 21-inch wheels support its exceptional performance.

This particular vehicle has had its original chassis number (from Nissan) removed and assigned a new one. Finished in a distinctive blue color scheme, it is effectively a brand-new, unregistered car with only 219 km on the odometer and a preliminary inspection certificate (re-inspection required).
The engine-mounted serial number plate is engraved with the number 17.
