Please confirm the information regarding which auction you would like to participate in by clicking the “AUCTION” tab on the menu bar and confirm the details from the “CONTACT” tab also located on the menu bar. We will make sure to update the details of the consigned vehicles in a timely manner as soon as we attain new information. In addition, we will courier a catalog with all the consigned vehicles prior to the auction (depending on when the application/registration is made, the catalog may be handed out on the day of the auction) Your admissions pass and bidding paddle will also be couriered to you beforehand.
02PREVIEWING AND AUCTION PROCESS
All consigned vehicles will be able to be previewed from the day prior to the auction until it is up for bidding. We strongly encourage you to inspect your vehicle of interest before bidding as all consigned vehicles will be what the successful bidder actually attains. Please be informed that the auction will proceed according to the brochure and when bidding, please be sure to raise your bidding paddle noticeably for the auctioneer to see it clearly. We also accept biddings over the phone.
03PROCESS FROM SUCCESSFUL BID TO SETTLEMENT
After the auction bid is completed, the successful bidder will receive a three-party contract (successful bidder, consignor, organizer). Please return the contract immediately after carefully reading and signing it. After the agreement among the three parties is established and the monetary transfer from the successful bidder has been confirmed by the consignor, the vehicle, its accessories and documents will be delivered to the successful bidder. During this process, the total winning bid will be entrusted at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust and Banking Corporation.
04PRIVATE SALE
Vehicles in which successful bids were not made at the time of the auction will continue to be sold under the "PRIVATE SALE" sector upon the consignor’s consent. All relative information on vehicles for sale will be updated on our website and can be found under the “PRIVATE SALE” tab on the menu bar. Please be informed that commission fees are also applicable when consigned vehicles are successfully purchased through our “PRIVATE SALE” sector.
