A 1,363 unit limited production of the S500 were produced between October 1963 and September 1964. Even compared to the following S600 and S800 series (more than 10,000 units were produced for both series), this is a very rare limited production model.
This car was restored by “Garage Suzuki” and is still in excellent condition despite the fact that more than 20 years has passed since its restoration.
The very rare “FUTABA Racket” wood steering wheel, which was only equipped on the S500, and the plastic windshield, which was available as an option at the time, are both still in excellent condition.
The body color is called “Elephant”- a distinctive gray color which is appreciated by its avid collectors.
