The base for this restoration was a dark green convertible model with a 350 cu. in (5,735 cc) V8, made in 1969 at the Norwood factory in Ohio.
After it was imported to Japan in 2011, it underwent a full restoration at an American car specialist. Some parts of the interior were refurbished and kept original, while the engine and other parts were replaced. The body was completely stripped and painted in the current colour, the bumpers and chrome parts were also restored.
Under the bonnet is a GM Performance ZZ427/430 crate engine (L88 recreation) which produces 430hp. Not only did it receive a new engine, but other parts including electrical components were also replaced with new ones.
To handle the significant power and torque increase, the 3-speed transmission was replaced with a 5-speed Tremec (TKO-600), a gearbox which can handle up to 600 lbs-ft/813 Nm of torque.

GM パフォーマンス製 ZZ427/430 クレートエンジン (L88 のリクリエイションエンジン ) を搭載しており、公称 430 馬力。電装部品等も新品へ変更されている。

生産時から倍ほどにまで強力になったエンジンパワーへ対応するため、トランスミッションは従来の 3 速から、トレマック製の 5 速 (TKO-600) へ換装されている。その名の通り、600lb-ft( およそ 813Nm) という高トルクにまで 耐えうるこのミッションを介して、強力な出力を駆動系に伝える。

特筆すべきはワンオフで製作されたサイドマフラーで、エンジンをかける と心臓にまで響くようなサウンドが、乗り手をやる気にさせることは間違いない。
一方で、クラッチは油圧式になっており、軽い踏力で運転可能。市街地から遠乗りまで軽くこなしてくれる。
